Renovated an existing 40,000 square foot space that included exterior and interior development including complete "turnkey" finishes.
Millwork, tile, doors, and hardware.
The exterior façade included structural steel, structural and sidewalk concrete, framing, EIFS, waterproofing, tile, and stone and painting.
