To further strengthen their tenant mix, Mohawk Commons recently added Burlington Coat Factory. In order to do this, first the existing Maurices was relocated, which gave them the opportunity to remodel. The focused then moved to end-cap space for Burlington. Renovo was brought in to assist with modernizing the space by including upgrades to their façade as well as using modern materials to make the new tenant space more efficient.
