FREDERICK COUNTY SQUARE

Updating the façade at Frederick County Square. With the addition of four new tenants, this was an excellent opportunity to improve the center. The current façade, originally built in the 1970s, was outdated. Renovo made several improvements including using energy-efficient LED lighting and an EIFS forming an insulation system with a hard and durable finish surface using a modern earth tone color palette. The results will enhance curb appeal and the shopper experience.
