Image Studios and Renovo Partner
Image Studios, the “exclusive salon suite that provides modern, high-end salon studios at affordable rates to salon professionals,” is coming soon to College Plaza in Fort Myers, Florida.
The 5,800 SF space will be fit-out for IMAGE, by Renovo Construction, a national general contractor based out of Elmsford, NY. The project is scheduled to start this spring, for the salon to open in the fall.
Located at 8595 College Parkway, College Plaza is an open-air shopping center owned by DLC, which is also the parent company of Renovo.
IMAGE Studios will join a great mix of both National and local tenants, including Sprouts Farmers Market, Starbucks, Domino’s, Banh Mi and Tea, Bike Route, Associates in Veterinary Medicines, Go Pita, and Three Pepper Burrito.
